Terms of use

Draft for legal review. It reflects how the service works today and is not yet a reviewed legal agreement. The legal entity, governing law, liability limits and contact details still have to be added before launch.

The service

MoogeFleet is software for courier and cargo companies: shipments, trips, drivers, customers, expenses, invoices and reports. A company account is created by its owner, who is responsible for the people they invite.

Your data

Your company’s records belong to your company. You may export shipments and reports as CSV. You must have a lawful reason to enter other people’s details, and you must not upload unlawful content.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or annually (ten times the monthly price). New companies start on a 14-day trial. Payments are made outside the app (for example bank transfer or mobile money) and are confirmed by hand before a plan starts or renews. The number of active vehicles is limited by your plan.

Suspension

If a subscription is suspended or cancelled, the company becomes read-only: its people can still view everything, public tracking keeps working for its customers, and the owner can still pay to resume. Nothing is deleted by suspension.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other companies’ data, disrupt the service, or use tracking lookups to guess other people’s shipments. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
